1888 – PETRECCA CARMINE

the grandfather of IMIP Petrecca’s future founders. He worked in the town of Venafro as a carpenter. At that time, a carpenter was an all rounder: he was able to work wood with tools such as the smoothing plane, the saw, the gouge etc. His hands were guided by a know-how that was gained over time, increased and handed down from father to son.
Despite the difficulties of the final years of the 19th century, Petrecca decided to make a virtue out of necessity and, together with his son Raffaele, he developed his carpentry business in a small workshop in Via Porta Guglielmo.

1972 – CARMINE, NICANDRO AND PIERO FOUNDED IMIP S.n.c. “INDUSTRIA MOBILI INFISSI PETRECCA”.

As the market evolved rapidly, the company stopped producing outdoor frames o focus on indoor frames, moving toward a more specialized production.
1980 Thanks to quality and reliability, the company soon gained other market shares. A commercial network with points of sale all over Italy was established.
1985 IMIP Petrecca reached a production capacity of 1,000 doors per month, employing more than 50 people who shared their skills and expertise. IMIP frames became more and more popular and appreciated.

2000 – IMPORTANT YEARS IN WHICH ALL THE STAFF AND ‘OUTSTRETCHED ALIMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTION

There was a continuous search for the better raw materials, as well as steady efforts to strengthen the relationships with the most reliable suppliers and to protect the environment. All process and method improvements ware based on a technological development plan that was implemented in those years.
Production capacity reached 5,000 doors per month, with 70 employees. The company become ISO9001:2000 – Iso 14001 certified and it is increasingly recognized by the market. Satisfaction and commitment grew, while the internal exhibition space was enhanced and turned into a real showroom.
2010 / Caprice, the latest laminate line was developed.

2016 – SINCE THE END OF 1800 THE ART OF MASTERS CARPENTERS, LEARNED WHIT DEDICATION AND PASSION GIVES BIRTH PIQUADRO
